Quality at this store (Holland, OH) is one of the worst. This order was the edge pizza. Meat toppings were as expected but the... veggies were extremely light and only on half of the pie. Ordered cinnamon Stix and was given marinara sauce to dip in. So i call in and the Manager was a total scumbag. told me I need... to drive up their for a refund of .58c for the sauce? When i asked for a distric managers number he hung up on me. Mind you Ihad my two kids, 4 and 5 year old that obviously would not dip cinnastix in marinara sauce. Place is complete garbage. Ordered our pizza at 8:32 and never received it. Drove to store and was told nothing they could do about it they were closed. ... They close at 12 and we got there around 11:00. Very rude guy at counter. Now trying to get charge reversed on my bank card. Notvery happy ???? Read more
Haven't ordered for a long time, it'll be the last time too. 40 minutes late, tried calling which sends you to call center and I... couldn't understand the lady with the very heavy accent, she sent me to store where I was on hold for 20 minutes and no answer.Pizza did finally show and was one of the worst Pizza and breadsticks ever. Ordered pizza with an expected arrival of 5:45. 7 came around after attempting to get ahold of the location for 30 minutes with... no one answering the phone and no pizza. I don't mind deliveries being late, it happens, but not being able to talk to anyoneand not having any updates after 5:30 is horrible. I will never order again. Read more

I placed an order last night that was suppose to be ready at 10:05 according to my email confirmation. I arrived to restaurant... at 10:15 they were close. Google states this location closes at 12:00 am. I call the location today to receive a refund orreplacement pizza. The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude, yelling at me, threatening me( his words were bring it) whenI was only explaining that I am visiting the area and I wanted the issue resolved before we left town. HIS BEHAVIOR WASDISGUSTING I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA Hut. He was literally screaming through the phone at his work place.
