Horrible! Ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar and twice the got it wrong bringing me a Ralphies burger instead! Then over... charged me. Manager's attitude was the last straw. I'm calling Bennett management to complain tomorrow. Read more
Food was good the one thing I can that stood out was how the wings were huge! service was pretty good. Waiter brought us... refills and checked on how we were doing frequently. atmosphere felt a little dated. Not a bad meal but I don't see myselfhurrying back next time I'm in town. Read more
1st ever visit and the mixed drinks were on point! Chicken chunks were a tad over cooked on one meal yet perfect on the other... meal. Tater kegs were delicious! It was a Friday, they were short staffed like so many places, and they had a couple large parties, so the service was nominal at... best. That said, my wings were not that great, and that's what they are known for. The appetizer was really good. Concerningthat neither of us on my party were card for alcohol, which is pretty standard these days, and I didn't see anyone else gettingcarded, even though there were much younger looking people being served. Ralphie's is always solid. Their sauces are fantastic, with a huge variety. Their burgers and fries pickles are stellar. Got the... Garbage Burger with Cajun ranch and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The coleslaw was a nice touch,burger was cooked perfectly medium, and their sweet potato fries are ALWAYS on point. A+, can't wait to try another burger nexttime I'm in the Toledo area. Read more
We went when it first opened the service was slow. When our server did come to our table she smelled like she came in from... smoking it was quite strong. When we got our food the grease was super dirty. I had fish and the tater sauce was mixed very wellhad too much mayo. My friend had a burger and ordered it medium and it came out more well. Food horrible, shrimp had way to much sauce on it. And overpriced for sure for lunchtime and it was appetizer not a meal. Salad... served on small plate, fell all over table. Had to ask for bigger plate. Waitress didn't know much about food or menu!! Read more
