My husband experienced less the desirable services at this Starbucks location. He waited over 20 mins for his cup of coffee,... which in the end he did not receive. When he confronted the barista's they clearly did not have any intentions of making theorder. The dishearten factor is 4 other customers received their coffee before him though they arrived after him. Clearlytraining needs to be factor in the next month to ensure Starbucks values are being followed and not personal. Read more

Cashier was friendly and helpful. Restaurant section was fairly clean, some tables had a few crumbs or what looked like spilled... drink on them. Read more
I asked for coffee light cream. And they handed me cold coffee all cream (probably why it was cold) with the cup looking like... this. Not to mention that my breakfast sandwich fell on the floor because the bag was not sealed on either side and I did notrealize that when I picked it up. This is the worst location in Toledo.
