I only get two items when I'm here, either a carmel miceado, or a americana with a extra shot of espresso.
My order was suppose to be nondairy, I asked for almond milk. It was made with regular milk, I'm extremely lactose intolerant... and will become sick for days if I ingest any dairy at all. The extreme negligence of this cost me time at work, and stuck me athome with flu like symptoms for days. Maybe it was a slip up, maybe they just forgot, but such a huge error can impact a personin a big way. Maybe retrain the staff to pass closer attention. Read more
They had Starbucks stuff here. If you don't know what that is, you need more help than I can offer you in a review.
If you want it good and you want it right, go see Jacqi (sp?) I am always happy and prefer to get my drinks there!
The baristas are always so friendly and helpful. They always make drinks to order and if they don't know how to make an item... they will look up the recipe. Read more
Employees here are brusque and not very friendly. They didn't heat up the pastry I ordered, so it was kinda gross. Their drinks... are fine. Overall, a lackluster experience. Read more
This Starbucks is my favorite one in the Holland area. My coffee is always made just right. I wish some of the staff was a... little more friendly. However, I totally understand we all have those days. Keep up the great work. Read more
