This tacobell is the slowest tacobell I've ever been to. They make you wait at the second window so that you're not on their... drive thru timer. I recently spent 40minutes in the drive thru line. Lobby is rarely open. Read more

I ordered online at this location on Saturday and arrived to pick it up at 9:40 I got in the drive thru line and didn?t get to... the speaker till 9:55 and they told me they were closed (online it says 11). I told them I had already ordered and they said ifthey didn?t accept it I would get a refund, and that it could take four weeks to receive. They were extremely rude and afterthat I was stuck in line for another ten minutes for them to finish the two orders in front of me. Read more

First off I order ALL THE TIME. Lately it?s been a mistake every time. Ordered tonight thru Uber and once again missing items... second time in a role. This time it was the chalupa missing and one of my my soft taco supremes had no meat in it at all,picture is available. There is no excuse for this! Read more

This taco bell is never open the regular hours that are posted online or on the doors. Literally just close whenever they feel... like. Example it is 8:30 and we go up to the drive thru and they immediately said they say "were closed!" But this is not theonly time this has happened. Read more

This is my very first review and it is depressing. I waited 20 minutes after ordering a cheese roll up, 2 Potato tacos , and a... cheesy bean and rice burrito. I then opened my bag after driving away and realized I got a taco with just lettuce (no meat) anda quesadilla will just cheese and no chicken. I DID NOT GET ONE OF THE FOOD ITEMS I ORDERD. I then tried to enter the fast foodrestaurant from the front door just to realize it?s locked. I now have to wait another 20 minutes to get my food corrected. I?mjust going to drive home and starve at this point. -WORST TACOBELL EXPERIENCE- would not recommend this location. Read more

I have never written a review. I would not even make it if it wasn?t for the awful attitude from (presumably the manager from... her mannerisms) an employee at the time. I had scheduled an order for my teenage son?s birthday party and since that is the onlyplace teens eat these days we all just ordered from there. I scheduled the order for another family member to pickup and bringover and they had made it 3 hours before the pick up time! One girl was super sweet to my niece and told her they don?t see thescheduled pick up time, only the time it was ordered. She offered to remake the food and they did. No complaints on her. Myniece told me, ?This white short girl caught an attitude about how they had to remake it.? She told me parts of the conversationshe had with her and it was unacceptable. We all understand it?s not the employees fault they can?t see the time it is scheduledfor, but the employee was blaming my niece for it! How was she was supposed to know it doesn?t show them the pick up time?! Itwas nobody?s fault the food was left out for 3 hours since they can?t see that it wasn?t going to be picked up for hours and wedidn?t know they couldn?t. Therefore they make the orders as soon as they get them. If someone knows who the girl with temperproblems is, let her know she is not suited for any job with inconveniences where no party can be blamed. She is just lucky itwas my niece there, she was a lot nicer to her then I would have been. Read more

This location is poorly managed. It seems as if a few high school kids are in charge that have no experience. Foul language I... guesse is allowed on the clock here. Of course the lobby is closed and the drive through is forever long. Do yourself a favorlive mas somewhere otger than here. Read more

I never write reviews for places but tonight was just bad?doordashed (which I give a little leeway with things because it?s... going through another person before you get it) but I called to make sure they were open around 10 pm, I got the answer ?mhm?.So we placed the order right away and it was taking a long time which is totally fine, our dasher says the line is long and willbe there soon. Then messages ?supposedly they?re out of beef, can you sub steak or chicken instead?? So we said okay that?s fineno biggie. We get our order slightly after, we were missing our nachos, all the sauces, our Baja blast and Baja blast freeze wasreplaced with another pop, (pictured)> no shredded cheese, or potatoes and no where near double meat in the quesorito, had thesauce on the quesadilla we said no sauce to, just an overall mess. I work as a server in a restaurant and have worked at otherplaces taking to gos and I really just don?t understand the laziness or not caring to do a job correctly. I probably wouldrecommend stoping at another Taco Bell location or restaurant instead. I understand that there are shortages and a lot of thingsgoing on but how does a Taco Bell ruin out of BEEF, Baja blast and Baja blast freeze? Read more
