Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels. Sausage was poorly cooked. I understand it's "pre-cooked" before the store actually... receives it. But I used to work for Tim's and I know what cooked sausage looks like. It Definitely doesn't have large pink areasin it and doesn't feel ice cold to the touch. I called the store to try and rectify the issue, and normally I'm very calm andunderstanding with these types of things. But when I called, I explained the issue, and the worker said they were going to getthe GM on the phone for me. I heard the GM mumble something about sausage, and then I was hung up on. I tried to call backmultiple times just in case it was a connection issue, but clearly the GM's solution to the issue was to just not solve it. Nowlike I said, I'm usually pretty calm and understanding about these issues. But if you start getting petty with me over somethingthat I would've been probably the easiest person to deal with for an issue like this, I will play the petty game 10 timesbetter. So corporate was called. I hope no one else experiences this problem, and I hope the GM strongly reconsider how theywill handle the next similar issue they are faced with. Obviously I don't want anyone to lose their job. Just do better please. Read more

I love Tim Hortons, and most of the people at this location are nice when I go through the drive thru but today me and my... husband went through the drive thru and ordered 5 drinks and a dozen donuts. This is not the problem the woman taking our orderwas nice, but upon pulling up and paying for our order we heard one of the employees complaining about our order being to bigand cussing. Along with that another employee was standing around at the cash register death staring us in our car. No oneshould ever feel uncomfortable going to any establishment that supplies food or services and be made to feel like they're theproblem. It's almost like the employees that complain only want to work there to be paid but aren't willing to do the work. Iunderstand if they don't have some food items or enough staff but that should never be taken out on the customers. I used towork for a restaurant for 9 years and never blamed customers for business or ordering something I didn't like to make. I workedthere, I was aware of the menu, so I just made it anyway. It was my job(.) Read more

Did not get the 3 sandwiches we ordered. Didn't realize THEIR mistake until we opened the bag once we were back on the highway.... Also staff were arguing while we waited at the window. Read more

I want to like this place for their convenient location, but about 50% of the time I go, there is a wait that is way too long,... they are out of stuff, machines are broken, I am miscarried, and the order is just plain wrong. When they get it right, it'sgreat! But a 50% no-issue level is not acceptable. Read more

Ordered a simple bagel with plain creamcheese and I got told by the worker, who clearly didn't even want to be there by her... tone, "I'm sorry there's only two of us, I can't make that." Excuse me? It doesn't even make sense, but I just accepted it andwent to the Tim Horton's on Airport, much better experience and nicer staff. Read more

I usually get an iced triple triple. Everytime I get it the same guy who makes never brews a fresh pot and it tastes super... watered down. I came three hours before closing too so I don?t see why brewing a new pots an issue. This happened multipletimes.. Read more
