Last time I came in was towards closing and wanted a last minute pizza. Joe the manager was short with me and made me feel like... I was a bother. I decided to give this place another try because the pizza was great, and was informed that Alexis had takenover as the manager and i couldn?t have been happier with the experience so gave me! We've ordered here a few times and everytime it seems there is either a new manager or a new team member who isnt fully aware.... We recieved a business card from Joseph with a free pizza due to our order arriving messed up. When this happened we called andasked to speak to the manager, they told us that he would reach out. The next day we got a call from Joseph (the generalmanager) who was very polite patient and understanding. Never made us feel like a hassle. While we were mad and frustrated heensured to handle it with pure proffesionalism. We were offeref a credit or a free pizza card, and accepted the free pizza card.Joseph drove out personally to deliver it. However today we called to use it and we were told he no longer works there and theycouldnt honor it. So if you have one of those cards, just throw it away. Read more
