Their food has always been good, if you can get your order in. I called, asked to place an order, there was silence and they... then hung up on me. I hate saying this about a small family business, but this isn't a one time thing anymore, they more oftenthan not come off as irritated and unwelcoming. Updated Review: Cultural differences or not, you're rude on the phone when you actually answer and don't hang up on... people. Also, it's not fair your poor kids are stuck in that restaurant hour after hour, bored. I feel bad for them. I hope theyare turning into far more pleasant people than you. Don't start a business that requires customer service if you're going to bea jerk. The food is good, but not worth the icy, rude owners. Taking away 2 stars. I'm from Walworth, NY and happened to be in the area and starving. I specifically picked this placed based off of their star... review... Everything was horrible, from the rude lady who answered the phone, to the quality of my food. Thank God it is cheapbecause they filled my to-go containers only about 50%. Lady continued to be rude when I got there to pay and barely sad 2 wordsto me. Won't ever be coming back here again and I'll pick some place else if I'm ever back around. Read more
We were new to the area and really wanted chinese. We tried China Wok and this is our 3rd time and haven't been disappointed.... When we have gone to other chinese restaurants, the chicken was hard and/or chewy. At China Wok everything was fresh, tender anddelicious. Their customer service was horrible. While I was placing my order she gave attitude and eyes. I ordered a fried chicken wings... combo and the chicken was extremely soaked and the rice was extremely hard. The rice looked like it was old, it had a differentcolored rices and the chicken smelled nasty after a few minutes after I decided to stop eating it. Besides that the egg roll wassmall than usual and had anything inside of it, when I asked for a pork egg roll. Overall, it was not a great experience at all. Read more
Our first time there. We had been wanting some Chinese food so I asked at work and they said that China Wok was good. So we... tried it and we agree. We got a large Beef with Broccoli, a large Vegetable Fried Rice, 2 orders of Spring Rolls. It wasinexpensive and very good. Thank you so very much for a wonderful meal. Read more
