This was a great place for sushi in Hollister. The staff were beyond helpful and super nice. The sushi was really good and we... enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Place was clean which is nice. Service was also very kind and attentive. Suishi wasn't bad, but compared to alot of other suishi... places, it wasn't amazing either. Most of it tasted fresh besides one piece of tuna. I didn't order any special rolls, justbasic rolls and nigiri, so I can only judge based on that. They used toasted seaseme seeds mixed in with their maki rolls whichim personally not a fan of, but all things considered not a bad spot. Read more
