1 item in the order was not ready. Then it was wrong when i got home after waiting an extra 10 minutes so they can make it... wrong. Also chicken wings were fatty and skin was gelatious/soggy. This pizza joint is okay but I believe customer service needs work. The last time I was there the lady handling my order was... being overworked and I feel like that?s what may have contributed to her poor customer service. Maybe hire more people to easethe work on a few. Read more
First time ordering Domino?s at this location, I ordered pizza for delivery online, i had an extraordinary experience. I was... able to pay online, they always have good deals, the pizza was delicious. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings not toomuch not too little it was perfect made and baked. It has a unique taste, They have a big menu with lots to choose from i haveto try their sandwiches. The Delivery was right on time and our delivery driver was very professional and polite. This place used to be great. I used to order throughout the whole pandemic. Now the staff don?t care about the service. Ordered... through the app and about 30 minutes in, I called and was put immediately on hold. The lady told me the driver should be at myhouse within 10 minutes. He didn?t show up for another 40 minutes. So all in all, it took over an hour just to get pizza that?s5 minutes from my house. I was tracking the pizza and turns out they had barely put my order in the oven after 45 minutes of itbeing ordered. Ordered again on another occasion, and I was put on hold when I called regarding my order. After the guy pickedup the phone, I was asking him about my order because the driver was going the opposite direction, and he hung up on me midsentence. Next time I?ll just pick up my order. If you?re ordering pizza from this place, do yourself a favor and do carry out. Read more
