Waiter was nice but the food took over an hour and it wasn?t even busy. By the time we got the food wasn?t even hot and the... fries were literally burnt. Save your cash and go to McDonald?s we payed $100 for 3 burgers and a small pizza! Definitely willnot be going back. Read more

What a fantastic place. It?s tucked away in a strip mall but easy to find. Just look for the tower. They carry a wide... assortment of draft beers brewed in California and surrounding areas. They also do their own brewing which I found enjoyable.Be sure to try Frank the Tank Pale Ale. They also have a full line of menu items. I ordered a pizza which was delicious, servedhot and was reasonably priced. The staff were very gracious and friendly to both me and my dog. Oh yeah, they welcome wellbehaved dogs. Read more
We came in on a weekend right when they opened. It was not busy. Oddly my husband recalled coming out here a while back for a... social gathering. It gives a simple brew house. Nothing fancy. I found the lay out kinda out but it doesn't take away from thereview. The food was overall pretty good. I think the biggest issue as the staff. They did not seem like they wanted to be thereat all. Let alone deal with anyone. As in all the staff (no smiles, no hellos, blank faces, seemed irritated). Maybe everyonewas having an off day or a bad week. Maybe they didn't like that I had a kid. Probably won't ever eat here again at least notinside. May just order pizza to go. Read more
They have a great beer menu. Its expansive and they have knowledgable staff to match. Isabel was our waitress and is amazing at... getting what type of beer you like. Her recommendation was perfect for what I like in beer. She was also super friendly. If yougo there you should ask for her. We are intending to go back because of the beer experience she provided us. The food is generally good (I especially love their chili), they have a good selection of beers and ciders (both local and not... local), and the staff is pretty good. The ambience is pretty basic, which is fine, but that's why I didn't give it 5stars. The last time I paid, dinner for four was $170, including drinks, tax and tip (and i gave a very generous tip of over30%). It's one of our go-to places in Hollister. Read more
Waitress Kat was not very friendly, which is fine, but I do expect steak cooked correctly. Ordered a Wrangler steak, was way... overcooked. I ordered rare, this is more like medium well. Dry and hard to choke down. Kitchen needs to learn how to cook steak,extremely disappointing for a place with "Grillin" in the name. Won't be back. Read more
The food is so bad it is insulting, they have a menu. Beer is grate and the staff is always nice.
