By far the worst McDonald's Ive ever been too. The drive-thru is slower than inside. If you go through the drive-thru they will... end up having you park in front anyway and run the food out to you. Service here is worse than slow. If you want McDonald's doyourself a favor and go to the other location in Hollister. You will have a better experience. Read more
Pore service, no salt on the fries, team member at the pickup window was more in tune with horse play going on in the back... ground while the manger ignored it and kept cleaning. Major bummer since this location used to be Mediocre. Now slipping topoor. Read more
I placed an online order for my mom to pick up because I am currently sick. I work in healthcare and I am always around people... who are sick and have COVID. They refused to make my order unless my phone was at there location, so instead of going in personwith my phone I asked for my money back. They could not do it for some reason so I had to go in person. They would rather have asick person go in person then give the money back or make the order for my mom to pick up when she was already there. Read more
Rude staff .....had me waiting to order in line while all the employees were talking to each other about nothing that has to do... with nothing to do with there job.manager was terrible doesn't do anything about the situation or problem. Ordered thru app for curbside pickup. Absolutely unacceptable how slow the service was. Several people were served before us.... Our order was a smaller one for two people. I guess they prioritize non curbside orders and the other curbside orders over us? Read more
