This was my first time going to a Papa Murphy's. I placed my order online and picked it up. I couldn't find the place and even... drove in front of it the location. I had to call and ask them where they are located as their sign outside wasn't lit. When Igot there, I had to wait to pick it up as there was one person in front of me so I had to wait a few minutes. I got home, putthe pizza in the oven based on the directions and waited for it to be ready. The wait was worth it as the pizza was reallygood. I will definitely come back again. Read more

Went there on Halloween called in my order at 2 was told it would be a 4-Hour wait I was okay with that, went there 4 hours... later it 6 and waited another 30 minutes was told they didn't even make it, it ruined my kids Halloween, they were really sad wehave a family tradition of getting pizza on holloween, not this year tho. Just placed an order there online. Waited 30 minutes and went to pick it up. When I went inside there was one guy making pizza... and another watching him and chewing gum. The guy chewing gum kept playing with the gum outside his mouth, which annoyed me. Atthis point the guy making pizza called for help and a girl came out. She asked me if I had an order and I said yes that I placedit online. She looked for my pizza, but couldn't find it. She then looked through receipts and on the register but couldn't findit.
