Customer service is terrible. You call to order for pick up and I was put on hold for an hour, so I hung up and drove to the... place and they still had me on hold. This is the third time they put me on hold and don't bother picking up to take your order. Read more

Has to be the worst wingstop I have ever visited. Always soggy and gross food. Even if you ask for crispy and wait for crispy... you get wet and soggy. Read more

Staff was unhelpful and rude. The meal was missing three sides. When I went in to request the missing sides they said they were... all out of those sides. I requested a refund. They basically said: ?yeah, yeah,? and waved me off. The guy I was talking to justdisappeared into the kitchen. Never going there again. Really bad customer service. Read more

Inconsistent experiences. There is too much responsibility and work being handled by the employees working the cashier. Not only... do they need to help new customers place orders when they walk in, but they also have to answer phone orders, serve your drinks,take cash payments for those who placed a phone order, call out names of the orders that are ready, and try to remember theorders for which a delivery driver is waiting outside for. ALL OF THIS while they are only allowing 3 people inside at atime. My suggestion for this restaurant: STOP taking phone orders. Setting up the automated phone system to redirect customersto place orders online or through a delivery app would GREATLY improve the experience. My suggestion to the public: STOPentering the restaurant with other individuals. I cannot tell you how many couples walk inside here. And to think there are only3 people allowed at once. Only one person needs to be inside. Be considerate of everyone else's experience and their time. Read more

I'm changing my review on this place it has done a 180 in the last couple of months. They have people on the register that are... friendly. The workers in the back are working hard. They been making my fries and wings nice and crispy. Keep up the good workguys. In the past I would only go twice a month cause my experience always sucked but now I go at least 5x a month causeeveryone is so cool. Read more
