Superb location. The establishment is very clean and organized. The staff is very kind. Chris helped me. He's extremely... knowledgeable and helpful. Seriously. The man has to be a local legend for knowledge. I feel as if we have known each otherfor many moons and on multiple occasions he has imparted his vast Ozarks knowledge upon me. I sit listening with bated breathand just as I believe I will pass out he hits me with the local lore and I exhale in wonderment. How do you do it?! Thebreakfast sandwiches are excellent. Tried to use the Amazon Hub service at this location. There was a glitch for Amazon/USPS where the package was delivered, but... not updated back to Amazon. Not a big deal, but while on the phone with customer service for Amazon, the rep TRIED to workwith the store attendant. He wouldn't even let the Amazon rep speak, and kept talking over the rep as she was trying toexplain how to get around the issue. The attendant was incompetent to deal with any situation that was out of the "normal". Very disappointing, because I needed the charger that was being delivered. I walked away empty handed. Mr. "J" could use alesson in customer service, and interpersonal skills. Read more
