Took them over 30 minutes to get an egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin made. When I seen the manager walk out before serving... his guest, there was at least 6 people standing in line and a line of cars at the drive thru, I was very upset. The staff wassuper slow and kept messing up our order. Worst McDonald's ever. Don't stop just keep driving, something better down the road. Read more

I like the "buy one, get one for a $1.00". Love the frozen Fraps. Fries could have been hotter (actually, hot would have been... nice; they were just barely warm). Friendly staff. Read more

This will be a great restaurant to get free food if you have no scruples. The management is just absolutely horrendous. All you... have to do is wait until they're really busy, then just walk inside tell them you've been in line for 30 minutes, they'll askyou what you ordered, tell them what you want and they'll just give it to you. I actually did wait for and pay for my order, butwhen I went in to get it because I got tired of waiting in the pickup spot, they just asked me what I ordered, they didn't evenbother to check that I actually even ordered something! I wasn't in a huge hurry so I went ahead and went through the drive-thrutelling everyone that was waiting but hadn't ordered yet that it might take 30 minutes to get their food. After I made my wayaround the restaurant, everyone I talked to had left! Read more

Spend $6 on a crispy spicy chicken deluxe burger and this is what I got. Thin sliced chicken with a mashed bun and the bun was... rock hard. Looked like they stomp on their food before serving it. Don?t recommend hollister branch go to the Branson branch forbetter food quality and service I wish I could leave zero stars. Read more

My wife and I ordered some food from there last night in their app and when I got there to pick up our food I went to the window... and 1st no one was there to check me out and so I went to the 2nd window and told them what happened and then I found out thatthey never closed out my order and ended up adding food to my order. My order was 10 dollars and when they added the personsfood behind me to it ended up being almost 35 dollars. I talked to a manager and they told me they were going to refund mymoney. I haven't seen the money yet. I hope and pray they do as they say. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Read more

I feel bad for the young folks working here. Everyone seemed miserable and rightly so. Seems like management or franchise owners... keep it very short staffed. Manager tonight seemed to struggle balancing priorities between dining room and drive thru and herapproach to customer service was to pretend they were invisible. Please, someone just hire more staff and cut your profits alittle - you don?t need another boat, increase your payroll budget and pay more people to work in your restaurant. Read more

we waited an hour and a half and still didn't get our food!! we were in a rush to get somewhere and had ordered ours with the... mobile app. Usually, as you know, these things come fast and we should've quickly gotten our food. After 20-30, my mother wentto go check on the food and they said they hadn't even started it and the manager wasn't paying attention AT ALL. The ladybarely payed attention to us and refused to give us a refund. My mother even states: "They didn't know what they weredoing." To be completely honest, this is very low for a fast food place. Should've checked the reviews. Would give this 0 starsif possible but I'm feeling generous. Read more
