Could be great coffee but I'll never know. Someone left their cell phone in a cart and I attempted to give it to the Starbucks... employee because Starbucks is located at the entrance of the grocery store. She refused to take it. It's the kind of customerservice you would find at Walmart. If you want expensive coffee with low bar customer service, go for it. Then again most ofthe customers standing in line are staring at their cell phones. Read more

Exceptional!! The young woman working behind the counter couldn't provide my son with the drink he wanted(which he was the only... reason we went lol) but suggested another and he was willing to take that. She then provided him with a suggestion if he goes toanother Starbucks, to put this in his drink instead of this, cause she figured he would like it sweeter...boy did he!! The experience there is genuine and inviting. The employees are so caring and attentive that they know their regulars orders by... heart. They not only know their orders but they know their names and stories. Every employee there has a great sense of kindnessand humanity that I wish I could see at every location. Every time I come in and see Landon it changes the current of my wholeday. Also CeCe Hands-down makes the best upside down caramel macchiato of the ages. Read more
I never complain ever but my cold brew was disgusting, tasted like it was very old and dirty. When I asked for them to possibly... remake it, I was looked at crazy and told ?we?re out of cold brew.? So I?m not sure what was even served to me, but it was trulygross and Im hoping it doesn?t make me sick. Also upset that I wasn?t offered a better drink, especially since it?s soexpensive. I didn?t argue though because I understand they?re busy, but because of the drink and the way I was treated I wont behaving Starbucks for a while. Read more
The woman that was the cashier was terrible, she even rolled her eyes at me because I didn't know the name of the drink. Only... reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the lady who prepared my drink was okay and the drink was great. Starbucks should getbetter employees. Read more
I didn't shop there, they are overpriced, I was at country Mart. I haven't used Starbucks for over 10 years.
