This used to be our favorite Subway. We would go every Sunday after shopping at Menards. I think we?re going to pass next... Sunday. Employees really shouldn?t argue while making sandwiches. It really shows in the product they are putting out. And theasking how much tip to leave, get real. For some reason this subway doesn?t no how to make a chopped salad. How hard is that todo. So they give my wife a bowl with whole slices of turkey and cheese so she needs to find a way to chop it up her self. Thenthey want a tip! I don?t think so. Read more
Subway you are usually my favorite restaurant but this Subway is terrible. I am shocked that I never received my food from the... drive-thru even 20 minutes after I put my order in on a touch screen . The person in front of me never got their food either. Iwent inside No One acknowledged me. they were waiting on two customers inside ignoring the drive-thru so I just left. 20 minutesat a drive-thru! Employees are nice however this is the slowest subway I have ever been to. Leaving this review after the second time I came and... we were the only ones in the drive thru and we waited at the window 10 min to be acknowledged and then no joke another 30 minwait for them to hand two subs to us. simple subs not heated or toasted and no toppings. Shaking my head...not sure how thisplace stays afloat. This happened the first time too not as long of a wait but still long but didn't leave a review that timebecause I understand things happen. Food is good but the poor lady was flying solo running the front and the drive thru because a male employee was coming up on an... hour late but yet owners and managers allow this employee to keep showing up late with no repercussions. Get in there andstart running your store!!!!!!!! Read more
Sign said open. Hand drawn sign in drive through said "Not Open" while the guy sits in a booth relaxing. Parked and came in. Guy... grabs the bread for 2 sandwiches and opens them, stops, turns around to wash his hands, puts on gloves and grabs the breadagain. All the ingredients looked shriveled and dried out. This is The WORST Subway I have ever been to! First of all they are very slow to complete the order and they have the audacity... to ask for a tip when you pay with a card! You pay for double meat and you don't get it and sandwich is slathered withsauce! DISCUSTING!!! Read more

I had never tried this Subway before. Man have I been missing out!!! The sandwiches had fresh meat and veggies were fresh too.... The staff was very friendly and were excited to see a new face and asked me to please come back again and even gave me a freecookie.. shhh. I will be going back to this subway in the future. Read more
