We ordered through the drive thru. The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff was nice and friendly. There was a small wait... time but they were short staffed. To be short staffed and still be able to get the food out in a reasonable time and it be FRESHwas very impressive. Worst experience ever. Every table was dirty. Beverage machine broken. No napkins in customer dinning room. No sauces in... customer dinning room. Kitchen floor was covered with food peices,shells,tomatoes, ground beef and who knows what else? Tacosfell out of wrappers in bag. Oh ya... and out of Pepsi! Safe yourself aggrevation. Avoid. There is another Taco Bell in Branson, go there. This Taco Bell just isn't worth it. They were really bad for a while... there but I heard they had gotten all new staff so I decided to give them a second try, see if things have improved and while Ican say they have improved, they unfortunately haven't improved enough. They do not heat the tortillas so anything served in atortilla (90% of their food) tastes and feels noticeably stale. Most food comes out the window warm at best so by the time I getit home it's stone cold (I live reasonably close to the store) and it's pretty annoying that they can't ever seem to rememberto, y'know, give me the sauces I asked for? Or ANY sauces? Napkins? Utensils?? Hard pass! Read more

They were rude, and ordered a fiesta potato and all the potatoes and they didn't give any fork or spoon so I had to each it with... my hands . Would probably never go back here . Plenty of other better taco Bell's In the area Read more
