I asked for a hot cappuccino at this place and it came colder than the milk I grab from my fridge. I tell the lady at the window... to make it hot. She comes out with the same cup, heated up with coffee dripping all over. One time going to this Dunkin was all i needed to know to have this place closed. I looked at reviews from almost a year ago and... there's still the same issues ordering. Coffee coming in cold, the girl at the drive-thru with attitude, a lack of effort toeven try and understand what is being said through the order.
