Sadly, this Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill in the last few years. It was serviceable before, but the quality of the service has... cratered in the last two years. Bad attitudes, slow service. Honey Dew down on 109 or Coffee Haven are a much better choicethese days. Read more

I asked for a hot cappuccino at this place and it came colder than the milk I grab from my fridge. I tell the lady at the window... to make it hot. She comes out with the same cup, heated up with coffee dripping all over. But instead of just being silent,with the rudest voice ever as she hands it back saying, "I hope you don't burn your mouth drinking that." Bad service. Don'tcome here. Read more

One time going to this Dunkin was all i needed to know to have this place closed. I looked at reviews from almost a year ago and... there's still the same issues ordering. Coffee coming in cold, the girl at the drive-thru with attitude, a lack of effort toeven try and understand what is being said through the order. This place is garbage, and no one deserves a job there. An excusefor service so unexplainably horrid, it's a joke. Read more

They have recently changed hands and the quality and service is poor. Went there on a bitterly cold day. After leaving the drive... thru my coffee wasn't even warm. I have never given a 2 star rating to anyplace but this one deserves it. Read more

This place's service is not that great... very slow wait times most of the time.. especially for fast food! Often times my ice... coffee tastes burnt or old and sometimes it isn't even made correctly. Time to visit a new Dunkins! Read more

Just had an unfortunate *allergy* experience at this Dunkin, I have an allergy and am always very specific about my order. Today... they were very busy and must have misunderstood my order which resulted in my drink having a milk product in it. Luckily caughtit one sip in and had benadryl on hand. Tried to return in the store to address the mistake and ensure I received anallergen-free coffee but they're drive through only now. Called to inform them of the incident to raise their attention to theimportance of allergen safety but wasn't able to talk to a manager to document the incident. The employee I spoke with wasrespectful and I'm sure they're under a lot of pressure to crank drinks out quickly, but I don't feel safe returning to thisparticular location! Read more

Locked doors with no sign, so you had to use the busy drive thru to get your mobile walk in orders. Coffee ingredients were not... followed, it had to be thrown out it was so much cream. We understand the workforce challenges in the pandemic but this was thesecond time in a span of a few months with a similar experience here. Read more
