Called after an hour and 15 minutes since placing the order and was told maybe they left it at your door. I checked and it was... sitting on the ground, nobody had knocked or rang the doorbell. Ordered pizza, was told it would take 45 min for delivery. I accepted the time frame told to me. Hour and a half later I called... and asked when was it going to be delivered? Was told I was number 12 before they made the pizza. What tha F?! Really? So ifcalculated properly, I would have to wait atleast one more hour at a minimum. This has to be the worst Domino's pizza placeever! If you don't know how long it is going to take, don't spit out incorrect time frames to the customers. Unacceptableservice! Read more
Ordered curbside pickup? Had to go in. Stood there for 5 minutes with my kids running around (the entire reason for curbside so... I wouldn?t have to bring them in) and nobody acknowledged me. Saw my order on the shelf, walked behind the counter and grabbedit myself. I?ll never order from this place again. Terrible. Read more
Waited 40 minutes for my order, which would've been okay if I wasn't told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait. On top of that,... because I was in a rush to get back to work, they got my order of wings wrong and gave me bone-in instead ofboneless... Service itself is fine and the staff are friendly. I ordered a curbside delivery and waited 20 minutes in my truck for my order. After deciding that no one was going to bring out... my order I went inside to see what was going on and I was told by a crew member that ?everyone is kinda busy.? If carsidedelivery isn?t going to happen efficiently then you shouldn?t be advertising it at all. Most unprofessional experience on thisbase thus far. Read more
