I used the drive-thru and the service was ok. However, why does this Popeyes not have the same items that are offered online AND... why can?t you use a Popeyes gift card?! Also, why doesn?t your survey have drive-thru as an option?! ???? Read more

Drive thru only, and they won't serve you if you're on a longboard, but they will if you're in a bike, tell me how that makes... sense? Also their posted hours are wrong, they close early on Fridays and aren't open on the weekend. Worst Popeyes I've been toand I didn't even get to eat anything. Read more

I have been here a few times already even during its busiest hours and feel like I can now write this review. Yes, they can be... slow especially during the lunch rush, but when I get to the window and can see what?s going on, it?s obvious they areunderstaffed. Considering the reason the restaurant closed to begin with was due to bad management, yeah makes sense. ThisPopeyes has completely new staff, so everyone is getting up to speed without the number of bodies they need. I?m fine with thewait as well, I don?t need rushed food that may be wrong or cooked not to my liking. This is also why the restaurant is onlyopen from 10:30-2:30. Not enough people. It may not be the most convenient, but again I understand why. The people are greathere even with how much work that have to do. Sure it?s hard to hear them sometimes, but this is an F-16 base with F-16s flyingover. It tends to be loud. If a jet flies over, just wait until it?s gone. Sometimes it?s hard to hear them because people ownloud cars. Nothing against that, but if you can?t hear the speaker because of your loud car, just turn it off for a minute. Ifit?s someone else?s car, not sure what can be done about that besides speaking up, sadly. The speaker is also old and weathered,so that tends to be rough as well. The food itself tends to be great. The spicy chicken sandwich is different compared to mostrestaurants, but I?m fine with that. They use spicy mayonnaise for their spicy chicken, and personally I like it. If you don?twant mayo but want a spicy chicken sandwich, well you?re gonna have to order something else sadly. They have other spicy optionsfor chicken. Hopefully this review helps others see as to why this Popeyes doesn?t exactly work like other Popeyes or even someof the restaurants on base with better hours. This isn?t Chick-fil-A, this is Popeyes on a military base. Written by a previousfast food employee that worked in a different state for Chick-fil-A. Read more

The customer service was terrible. We didn?t get the amount of drinks we asked for. The ?spicy? chicken legs we got for weren?t... spicy and we got a leg, a breast, and two chicken strips. The lady at the speaker used no common sense and they close at 2:30 pmand that is no way to run a business. We couldn?t order a spicy chicken sandwich (only pickles) without mayonnaise becausethat?s what makes it spicy. Read more
