Hopefully this is the right McDonalds. I stopped at 2. Wanted to try a mcrib first mcdonalds didn't have any mcrib sauce but... the person behind the counter was very nice. Second mcdonalds the person behind the counter told me they were only takingkiosk orders because they were short staffed, after he spent several minutes having a joking conversation with one of the peoplecooking about health violations. The restaurant looked clean. The mcrib smelled like barbecue and looked like barbecue buthad almost no texture or flavor. It was disappointing. Read more
Spent $25 for a kids meal and a couple burgers with a medium fry. Was told to park and they would bring my order out. They... forgot my kids meals and I asked them if they could replace the medium fry because they felt like yesterdays fries. They comeback with a kids meal and a new medium fry in the bag so I just assumed they were fresh, they were not. They were the originalfry that I asked them to replace. Overall just a terrible visit, overpriced food that should have never been served tocustomers. Disappointing considering the wages they are paid and the disregard to customer satisfaction. Read more

As usual, when you ask for a burger a certain way, and they Ring it up right, and also read it back as your paying right. They... still get it wrong. This is only the first time at this location, but other locations, same thing. They were fast and polite,just made the burger wrong. Read more
I travel around the same route for work every week and whenever I know I'll be getting fast food, I always make sure to stop at... this McDonald's. I always getting chicken nuggets, most of the time that's the only thing I get and they are always crispy, hotand fresh at this location and I never have to wait too long for my food even when they are busy. Had excellent service for breakfast. Food was hot and good. Workers were friendly and helpful. A+
We seriously have an issue with almost every order we get from here! They always fail to send sauces or drinks or straws and... rarely get the order right completely. It doesn?t matter if we go to the store or order delivery, the food never seems like it?shot or fresh. I do notice you have better luck getting better quality food/service during the morning time hours, however. Read more
I was traveling on 127 in Michigan and got off by ittaca McDonald's. My breakfast burrito was hard and had all cheese melted out... I think it was warmed in microwave.
