Let me say first I'm a very loyal tim Hortons customer. I've held off on writing a review for a while now, just to give this... Holly location the benefit of doubt but lately I've been very disappointed. This Last month I always stopped in the mornings tograb a coffee and a breakfast sammich, paying almost 9 dollars for a combo for a double egg and cheese on a bagel to get 1 egg.And it slopped together, do these employees not know it's a double egg or are they just saving inventory. Because I'm paying forthat I'd like to have what I ordered, if not I'd like to save my extra 1.50 for each egg they have not put on, as advertised.And this isn't even the worst that's happened to me here at this location. I would give no stars if I could. We just went through their drive-thru, ordered a #4 breakfast meal, #2 breakfast meal, and a... blueberry muffin. After placing order they let us know that it would be about 7 minutes because they were cooking the eggs. Ireplied no problem. Then they asked for the order again. We pulled up and waited, during which time we saw 3 vehicles pull awayfrom the line and drive off. We received our order with no hash browns, were told that they don't have any, and no blueberrymuffin. We were charged over $14, And the #2 sandwich was awful. We will not return or recommend. Donuts were the only thing correct. 30 dollars worth of sandwich Tim bits donuts and ice coffee and should of only got a dozen... donuts. Coffee was bitter and nasty tasting, still have taste in mouth after an hour after throwing it away with only 1/4 of itgone. Lady didn?t hear 1/2 my order missing sandwich which was hard as a rock, frozen eggs and bacon was nasty not worth 5. Wanted 20 Tim bits half of them to be sour glazed got 2 and the rest were chocolate and sprinkles. Will not be back should ofjust went home since holly donut was closed for holiday weekend! Read more
I will never go to this Tim Hortons again! I have went here multiple times and they either messed up my order, was very rude,... told me something wasn?t working, or I got food that sat for to long. I understand working at a fast food place because I usedto. Every time I go through there I speak very clearly so they can hear me and I was very sweet and make sure to use mymanners?which they highly lack. Today I went through and asked if their icecap machine was working and she kept ignoring thequestion. I got to the window they charged me for whip cream I did not ask for (I told them no whip at the speaker when theyasked) they gave me the wrong size drink the lady who took my order looked into my car with a very rude attitude and the ladywho was paying me out was very rude as well and my two drinks were absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe we waited this long for another business and each time I go I can't get a decent order. I ordered Spinach Egg... bites - they were out, so exchanged for the bacon/cheese - I ordered a Boston Creme donut and medium pumpkin spice latte -total was almost $7 and this is what I got. I went to Tim Hortons (Holly) location this morning, ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich, got home, opened it and my... sandwich...the croissant was black and hard. It was burnt to a crisp....NICE job to the cook! Really?? Come on throw the thingaway and make a new one, don?t serve food like this unless It was ordered to be burnt. ???????????????????? Read more
Love Tim Hortons, this location is by far the worst. They will never get your order right. They also don't make their DOUBLE egg... bagel sandwiches with more than 1 egg. Don't go here. Read more
