I had attempted to go through the drive thru after not being able to eat for the entire day, we waited in the drive through line... that was wrapped around the building, only to be told that they were only able to serve 10 piece nuggets & Fillet o fishes. I'munable to eat either of those items & it was late therefore I was unable to eat for the day. Read more

Sick and tired of them always lying about the shake machine being down. Also way overpriced since they're paying people $15 an... hour to work there. I worked at McDonald's for my first job when I was 15 years old and made $3. 50 an hour. Minimum wage wascreated to ensure that teenagers were not ripped off. It was not developed to sustain adults or families. Nobody expected adultsto work in fast food restaurants in the future. Unfortunately, that's where we are in this country. Read more

I fill out the McD Voice surveys to take advantage of the resulting coupon. But it has been a terrible struggle to read the... receipts! I mentioned this 2 months ago and was told a new printer had been on order. So, I went in last week with 8 ILLEGIBLEreceipts in my hand and the manager was called to address my concerns. When I showed him my receipts and lamented that they wereunreadable and unusable, he said there was nothing he could do. He told me it was not his fault. Over and over again. I repliedthat it certainly wasn't MY fault. Again he said there was nothing he could do. So I asked him if it was an accurate estimationthat 75% of his customers use the drive-thru and he agreed that was probably pretty close. I then asked him why he didn't switchthe bad printer with one of the good printers from the counter. He looked down at them, paused, and then told me that would taketime! He then offered to "reprint" a counter receipt so I could complete the survey but I told him him I was now late for workand left. I posted this same feedback on the corporate website and received a reply that the local ownership of this restaurantwould be in touch. I have heard nothing from them. Won't be back. Read more

Really friendly staff, but 2 dollars for a soda is crazy expensive., especially since they removed the soda machines to prevent... refills. I can't give this place higher than 3 stars because of that, but I will again mention how pleasant the staff was. Read more

I've been a long time customer for many years. My favorite employee is Deborah. Shes pleasant, polite, and professional. She is... grace under pressure. So, I take my young son here at least once a week. I've grown accustomed to my order being incorrect. Mostof the time I deal with it without complaint. Otherwise I will politely and patiently ask them to correct it. Never have Iyelled at them or given them attitude. I understand mistakes happen, especially when you're short staffed and in a meal rush.But I had the worst experience a few days ago. I came through the drive thru on Wed about 3:30. When I pulled up to the firstwindow the young lady told me a price of $15 and some change. I asked if that was the price of a cheeseburger meal now, laughingand joking with her about how much prices had gone up. She clarified which order and gave me the correct amount. When she handedme my receipt, I pulled forward. While I waited for the car in front of me I noticed that my order wasn't exactly as I ordered.Cheeseburgers only ketchup. So, when I reached the second window I tried to let the young lady know that it wasn't quite right,as I pointed to my receipt. I said I didn't think she heard me, referring to whomever took my order. This young lady approachedher manager around the corner. The manager then proceeds to shout at me with an impatient attitude, "DID SHE READ THE ORDER TOYOU?!" I was very surprised by her reaction. I stuttered and stammered. She shouts impatiently again, "DID MY EMPLOYEE READ YOURORDER BACK TO YOU??" I said no before I could think, recalling how she initially quoted the wrong price. She shouts to the younglady at the first window, "DID YOU READ THIS LADY'S ORDER BACK TO HER??" That employee says yeah. The manager turns back towardsme and shouts, "SHE SAYS SHE DID!"
