First time, never again. Add to the list of Daytona Area business sure to disappoint. Imagine paying 4.50 delivery fee for a... place 1/2 mile down the road to take 1 1/2 hours ? all the while the ?tracker? started at 22 mins max, and sat at 8-13 mins forthe last 45 mins. Nice way to keep you hopeful for a straight hour with false hope. Then, so so over priced Pizza?and barelywarm. Lame. Read more
I order LARGE pizzas from this location all the time. So this time I ordered a LARGE pizza and opened the box and there was a... MEDIUM pizza inside of a large box. (And no, the ?large pizza? did not shrink). When I went back up to the Papa John?s to showone of the workers the pizza, one of the male workers who has long hair and a chipped tooth was VERY rude and dismissive andARGUED with me that it wasn?t a medium pizza even though it clearly was. When I asked for him to show me a large pizza side byside to my pizza he refused and kept trying to tell me it was a large. Then, I asked him to AT LEAST remake the pizza and hesaid if he re-made the pizza I would have to pay AGAIN even though I hadn?t eaten or touched the pizza. That worker wasunhelpful and rude and he needs to fix his nasty attitude when assisting in a issue that he created (because he?s the one thatmade my pizza)! 0/10 would not recommend this location bc of him. I?m never ordering papa John?s pizza again. They took my money on a order they canceled and when I called I had to input my card... over the phone and it?s declined 2 times because turns out THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITH A CANCELED ORDER. I put my apartment complexand number in detail including that it was 2nd story and towards the back of the complex. The lady tried to be polite and Iunderstand I was upset but you took 30$ from me and I didn?t get any pizza. I?m extremely upset and never ordering from thiscompany again including my friends. They did the same things to my coworker except he was much more angry on the phone and wasable to get his order because he could afford the double charge until they finally give you your money back.
