Horrible food and customer service! We ordered online, got our food and everything was cold and somethings not cooked... completely. I called for a refund since we couldn?t eat the food and the manager told me she would refund it to my card butnever did. I?ve called 2-3 times after to see what the issue was, but they keep telling me a manager will call me back after3pm. 3 weeks later, NO PHONE CALL/NO REFUND! If you can help it, don?t eat here!!!! It was alright, the steak I ordered was chewy and inedible. I told the waitress and they cooked me another one. However it was... too rare. They didn't even ask me how I wanted it cooked. I have made much better steak at home!!!! I usually really likeChili's. I guess I just ordered the wrong item this time. Plus the steak was pretty small for what I had to pay.
