Chili's is a chain of course, but this location distinguishes itself by consistently good service. Highly recommended.

Horrible food and customer service! We ordered online, got our food and everything was cold and somethings not cooked... completely. I called for a refund since we couldn?t eat the food and the manager told me she would refund it to my card butnever did. I?ve called 2-3 times after to see what the issue was, but they keep telling me a manager will call me back after3pm. 3 weeks later, NO PHONE CALL/NO REFUND! If you can help it, don?t eat here!!!! It was alright, the steak I ordered was chewy and inedible. I told the waitress and they cooked me another one. However it was... too rare. They didn't even ask me how I wanted it cooked. I have made much better steak at home!!!! I usually really likeChili's. I guess I just ordered the wrong item this time. Plus the steak was pretty small for what I had to pay. Went for a birthday party to get small appetizers and dessert with a group of friends. The entrance into the restaurant is in... what feels like the back, so that was a little confusing. Slow service, even though we were the only group there. It took almost30 minutes to get the things we ordered. The group ordered various things like french fries, fried pickles and cheese bites, aswell as the cookie skillet, lava cake and I got a cheesecake slice. I liked the strawberry coulis or whatever it was on mine,but otherwise everything was just kind of "meh." Not BAD but not great. Still a fine place to go. The single slice was probablynot worth $7+tip, but in general this is a fine Chili's and if I was invited here again I wouldn't say no. Read more
The temperature of my pasta was noticeably cool/room temperature. The penne noodles were stiff. I took a few bites and didn't... bother getting another dish. Hope this was just a bad night and not the norm. Read more
