Just left the cafe and was underwhelmed. First, the staff was not welcoming, and the cashier seemed like he was put out of his... way. I sincerely hope things get better for him. The cinnamon rolls themselves tasted very old. Even warmed up, there werecrunchy/hard parts throughout. I would love to share my latest positive experience at Fera'wyn's...I just did not have one. I called over three weeks ago to... order two cakes for Thanksgiving. I specifically asked that these would be ready for pick up prior to Thanksgiving. Yes sir theywill be ready the 23rd of November...We have been here dozens of times...I mean dozens so I know the lead time for cakes. Icalled to confirm pick up. Well there is the problem. The guy who took my order said he had me down to pick the cakes up onDecember 23rd. Really?!? I had an entire conversation about Thanksgiving. I wont be back and judging by how this was handledthey really do not care if we do come back. I have sent dozens of people here...Not anymore. Read more

Fera'wyn's Artisan Chocolates always has such delicious and fresh choices in the cases. I enjoy sitting and working in the... beautifully decorated café while enjoying various coffees and treats. Joana & David Whittingham are such strong communitysupporters, and they genuinely care about their customers. I love the menu options and the creative chocolate edible art! This is a wonderful GF bakery and they also have dairy free and keto options. Their cinnamon rolls and cookies are my favorite.... Their chocolate, although pricey, is superb, so once in awhile I will treat myself. They also have cookie ice cream sandwiches.I wish they made smaller versions as its too much for one person but great to share. They also made a wonderful cake for my sonsbirthdsy.I do wish they were open 8am to 1om instead of 1 to 7pm because I think most people would probably prefer their coffeeand sweet treat either at breakfast or lunch and their sales would probably double. Decided to take advantage of the rainy day off & take kids to Fera'wyn's. So glad we stopped by! Lovely place, delicious rich... hot chocolates, and friendly staff. Extremely cute cafe! Everything from cookies to cupcakes and coffee and chocolate truffles and such. The mouse was SUPER silky... smooth. Never had anything like it. The coffee was good and the chocolate turtle was good as well. I wish the flavor of theturtle and mouse was a little stronger. I will definitely be back when I?m in the area. Read more
