Ordered 15 pizzas for my night shift crew. Pizzas were ready at the time they said they would be and were great.
Honestly surprised by these bad reviews. This is the third time I?ve ordered in the past two months, and all three times have... been great. All orders have been either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings and pizza always gets delivered pretty much exactlyat quoted time. Their pizza is great, and the chicken bites are especially good! This place is honestly a joke and should not be in business especially after reading these other reviews. I had Marcos at a... friends house a couple weeks ago and thought I?d try the Holly Springs location sinlneighborhood. I ordered at 4:40pm and theysaid it would be there around 5:30pm. 5:30 came and went with no pizza?I figured I?d give them some extra time, it was aSaturday and I?m sure they were busy. 6pm, no pizza. So I called and chatted with a guy who wasn?t very professional, he statedthey had a big order that came in 30minutes ago and that wasn?t considered into the wait time the app originally told me. (Iordered a hour and a half ago before this ?big? order) he assured me my order just came out of the oven and would be there in10-20minutes. Big surprise 6:30, no pizza, 7pm, no pizza. At this point I had to feed my 2 and 5 year old children because itwas a hour past their normal dinner time and needed to get them ready for bed. 7:15, still no pizza! so I called again and ayoung lady answered and she told me my order was never cooked and something must have happened. Unfortunately our experiences with this Marcos is too hit or miss. Some times it?s really good, others times its not good at... all. Our most recent order ended up being 20-30 minutes later than the 80 minute estimate, and when the pizza arrived it wascooled off and not very appealing. They also messed up our customization. To make matters worse I?ve tried to call the storemultiple times to give them a chance to make it right but was directed to a call center rep who never seemed to address thesituation. Now you can?t even reach anyone by phone so we?ve given up and will choose not to use this location unless thingsimprove. Disappointing to see places go downhill because of their personnel or management choices. Read more
Absolutely disgusting! Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery. Ended up getting a pizza half eaten and one that looks... like it was sat on. Called back to the store and was told ?oh. Sorry. We have an employee who likes to eat pizzas in the backwhen she isn?t supposed to and I guess it got delivered on accident.? Read more
Their pizza has always been okay but the last two times I have ordered pizza it has been horrible. It?s hard to believe the... person putting the pizza in the box looks at it and says this is acceptable. Read more
Took two hours to deliver a pizza. Called to see what was taking so long, was assured it would be there soon and wouldn?t be... cold. Arrived cold and wasn?t any better than your average store bought pizza. Will never eat here again. Read more
