The absolute worst. Good luck getting anyone of the staff members to help you at all. Just wanted to pay cash for my food.... Waited almost 20 minutes and asked twice for help. I was ignored. The absolute worst. I don't want to submit my own order. Thisis their job and this is one of the things they are being paid to do. This store is horrible, along with McDonald's brand as a whole. I hadn't been to one in quite a long time. I ordered, 5... minutes later I get my order and the fries are cold. They take them back and say it will be a few minutes because they have tomake them. It's 12PM, and there's no one in the store!. The catsup packets are so small you need ten of them to suffice. Nowmy Big Mac and cheeseburger are cold because the fries took forever to cook. HORRIBLE STORE. Will never patronize this storeor brand ever again. Read more

This store is consistently the worst I have ever been to. Recently I made a mobile take out order. When I went to the store they... had locked the doors by 9:00 pm. I went to drive thru and sat for twenty minutes and it didn't move. I left the store without myfood. Tried calling the store but no answer and said mailbox was full! Guess I?ll never see that $5 again. Its a shame this isthe closest location to me. Store management obviously has no care for customer satisfaction. On multiple occasions my ordershave been wrong or they said they were out of something after already taking my order. Take the time to go to the Apex location. Read more

Terrible customer service. We were in a drive-through line at one of the two ordering stations. They kept taking orders on one... side while totally ignoring us, sitting at the other ordering station. We tried to get their attention and were reprimanded. Forthe record, two lane systems at McDonald?s are a terrible idea. Read more

Ok, this McDonald?s use to be a nice clean McDonald?s but now it smells like a bathroom at the drink area with dirty mop water... left in a mop bucket and the water is brown and flys flying around the putrid smell?. I was scared to get a drink there? trashwas all over the floor and the poor manager was so swamped she had to close the dining area at 9:00 pm?looks like the ownerswould come in and help or something! I ordered 2 mcdoubles and once i got home they were only single cheese burgers its called a mcdouble cause it has two patties... not one ill have to go back tomorrow to get a refund or something thats terrible. Read more

FYI this places play place is not currently open. Needs to be fixed on google maps to remove the place place if that area is... closed. Also like many other fast food locations that get hit with a heavy rush in the drive thru- the dining area is prettyneglected. No ketchup, or paper towels available to indoor guests (incase you?re wondering why tables are dirty probablysomething to do w lack of paper towels). The empty dispensers are in the closed playroom. Staff blowing off those waiting atcashier or pick up area (asking for the stuff dining area is lacking)- literal hand wave and eye rolls from multiple staff tomultiple customers ?be right there omg ????? ; a ?one moment please? would leave such a better impression. Not a problem for meI just used the touch screen machine to put in my order, but for those that need to put in an order with a cashier (visuallyimpaired) this would be a problem for guests concerned w this type of accessibility, or guests requesting anything that?s not anon screen option. I can get if the guest is like yelling or rude impatient but these ppl were literally just standing therewaiting and got told to ?just wait ????? all rude like for not even saying anything; just standing near the order area andwaiting ???? Since the makeover this has been a quick and accurate location. Update: Bad customer service and managerial character. Lisa the... manager brought out my food to parking space 1 after sting there for 7 minutes. Before I went to the parking space I asked tohave ketchup added to the bag, and the kid was like sure. So when Lisa the manager brought the food and I asked if there wasketchup, she stated she wasn?t sure so I asked if she could get some, ?oh, no, I?m not going to that? was her reply after mesitting there for a while and after already requesting it.
