First, the place was clean & the staff seemed genuinely happy, even excited. Though they had run out of single slices, they... tried to accommodate us with additional suggestions. We ended up with a 16" meat lovers and it was fresh, hot, anddelicious. I really liked that the pizza box is specifically perforated so that you can reshape the box to old your leftoversand it fits in the fridge. Very creative. We'll see you on our next pizza night! Purely based on on the staff. A++++ people to deal with. Toppings are likewise beyond plentiful. Great customer experience. So... why only 3 stars? The taste is mediocre and for the price, that?s an issue. Especially when you replaced a place with arguablythe most authentic tasting NY pizza. I?m summation, service and staff were tops. A proper Grandma's pizza, even available by the slice. The NY style spices are gigantic. A bit pricey for slices unless it is... during the weekday lunch special, but no complaints here as it's excellent quality. Read more
If your looking for Pizza that will take you back to NYC, this is the place to go. When we arrived in the area from up north I... was looking for pizza places that captured that flavor and style of a NYC pizza and none did it. Even pizzas that claimed to bethe best and/or voted number one didn't even come close to NYC taste and style pizza until we got some of Randy's Pizza. We loved this place! Everything was amazing from the pizza, wings, spaghetti, cheese cake, calzone!!! We order a little bit of... everything (pregnancy cravings lol)! Best place in town! This is our 3rd time ordering from Randy's and unfortunately will be the last. They are always late, but this was beyond... ridiculous. Ordered placed at 5:07pm. Pizza arrived at 8pm. The estimated done time was 6:48 when I got the reciept. Pizzaarrived cold. Garlic knots were burnt and barely edible. I know Fridays are busy, but 3 hours? While the ease of ordering isappealing, its just not worth it. Read more
