Oh how this Sheetz has fallen. This Sheetz used to be one of the better ones I've ever been to. However, this past year has... really seen this particular location fall apart. This is today's experience, but most of these issue you will find any day ofthe week. Today: - Every pump had garbage overflowing from the bins and around 30 bees swarming the trash cans (at every pump).This is extremely unsafe as it is. - Made worse by trying to pay at the pump for it to say pay inside after trying to use mycard. Driving to another pump let me pay by card without going inside. (Why does one pump have an issue, but not others?) - Thecontactless payments on the pump rarely seem to be functional for some reason. - Multiple machines inside are routinely broken.Today it was half of the fountain drink machine. But often it's the F'real machine. - The Mens Bathroom was disgusting, and hadno paper towels. - The inside in general was pretty dirty. - Ordering food took 15+ minutes from ordering to receive. (In mycase, a single order of fries) If I had to take a guess, maybe they were understaffed, but most of these issues are present anytime I have visited in the last ~year at any given time. I write this really in hope of change because this location used to begreat. Clean, fast, and without issue. Edit: 8/11/22 - Pretty sure they've given up. While my mom and I were visiting the area, we stopped in for lunch here. Since we are both from Colorado, this gas station is... not seen in our area of the country. I had heard about the lunch from a few friends who live in Raleigh. She and I were happywith our orders! She had order hash browns, thinking they would be a side for her sliders. We were both surprised to find thehash browns on the sliders. The fries were yummy. I wish this gas station option was closer tot eh beach, where I live now. Read more
Let's get this straight. First of all I love sheetz it is an amazing establishment. But here comes the but ... on a Thursday... night at like 9 45 ish a young lady charged the base price for there soft serve icecream special witch is sopused to be only adollar not two because we got to much? On the sign advertising the deal there is no stated limit and I told her this butcontinued to charge us. Know like I said I did not catch this young ladys name but I think it had 3 letters but she I a horriblerepresentation of sheetz as a business and completely ruined this experience with them. I hope this does not happen to other butI will defintly be avoiding her from know on. Read more
I used to love Sheetz but they got rid of their larger sodas so getting drinks from there doesn't compare to other gas stations.... They were still good for gas but this location has lately been consistently 25¢ or more higher than everywhere else. Superdisappointing. Read more
Gotta love undercooked bacon on your breakfast sandwich, and then they mess up even more with additional sides that weren't... ordered and they were undercooked - maybe dodged someone else's undercooked food. Friendly staff, but it's not too hard to cookbacon and they dont know how; nor can they give what you ordered. At least they have gas and you can pump and go... Read more
I love sheets because they help me not get my super expensive mattress dirty. I love matching them up with whichever blanket is... on my bed. The silk ones are so smooth and great for your skin, those have to be my favorite. I can?t say much about the 100%cotton ones though, but I wouldn?t recommend. They attract lint very easily and scratch my precious cheekbones. I would havedone 5 stars if the fitted ones were easier to fold and put onto beds, and if Google hadn?t misspelled the word ?sheets,? Ispent forever trying to find how to review these things but COULDNT find them because of a simple mistake in Google. Read more
Do not bother ordering food from here. The wait is ridiculous, and pre ordering does not even save you time. The employees are... disorganized and are too caught up in personal conversations to work. They made my food wrong, 2 times! I didn't even botherasking for it to be remade AGAIN because they had already wasted 25 minutes+ of my lunch break. An employee didn't even usegloves to move food from one station to another, he simply cover his palm with the glove and grabbed the food. That's justdisgusting. Not worth your time or money. Great Sheetz to stop at! Although, it has some flaws like filthy bathrooms and slushee machines with liquid spills but great... customer service they performed and decent items to buy from! Read more
