Employees were rude about a year ago so I didn?t come back. Employees were laughing and cutting up and when I came into the... store they stopped and gave me stank faces like I was an inconvenience. Decided to give them another try. Returned at 8:40tonight to find the store dark and closed. Looks to have been cleaned and closed for some time. Google, yelp, the smoothie kingapp and website all say 9pm. I get it. You don?t want business. Message received. Read more

After a lengthy drive we get there 30 minutes before they close only for their employees to gesture that they?re closed. Either... update your hours or get new employees. Read more

Recently this place has been horrible to go to. Today I went and ordered 3 smoothies, all the same flavor. The place was packed,... and they were not really concerned about online orders. It was very disorganized, with workers confused. One man didn?t even geta lid because the worker couldn?t find them. We waited for about 25 mins for the smoothies, which is annoying but not horrible,however, my smoothie was not filled all the way. If I?m paying $8, I would like to have it all the way filled. Well. We go here quite often. Likely 2x a month for a family of 5. Their smoothies aren?t bad but their consistency is... lacking. We?ve had to throw away several smoothies because they just weren?t good and it?s been from flavors we always get. I told this to the employee to see if I could get a free drink. I mean their drinks aren?t cheap - they?re $10 for a large sizeso the girl got the manager and she said she could take $2.00 off my order. I thought that was lousy but whatever and chalkedit up as horrible customer service especially as she had said they were having problems with employees and firing them. Andthen she said I?ll give you 10% off your order. Certainly that was better, but seriously as much as we have spent there??? Penny wise but pound foolish. Sure they saved themselves some money by not giving me free drinks but my loyalty to them lowand I?ll think twice next time. Read more

I stopped in today for a strawberry banana smoothie sadly I didn?t get it do to employees bad attitude. I walked in and said... hello she said hello with a bad attitude I walked over to place my order I asked her if she was having a good day she?s sittingthere like she doesn?t hear me. I could tell that she had a Bad attitude so I was trying to lighten the mood. After that didn?twork and I realize this was just her normal attitude I told her I did not want her to make anything for me because her attitudewas very bad and made it clear to her that I would be calling corporate office very unnecessary and unprofessional. We probably get smoothies here at least once a week. Love the smoothies and everyone is friendly. My only gripe is that they... sometimes overfill the already huge cups and the outside of the cup is a mess. I'd rather have a little less smoothie with aclean cup ???? Update: 4 months later, it started to get better but got smoothies today and overfilled cup again. Update11/23/21: Still loving the smoothies, cups are getting cleaner.
