I don't think I've ever gotten the sauces I've asked for on my order. No ketchup, ranch or bbq sauces for popcorn chicken,... tenders etc. It's a pain if you don't think to double check the bags and aren't eating there. I've ordered ahead with their appa few times and each time they've processed the order and said it's on the way and then it takes forever to finally come out.Don't order anything frozen this way or it'll be half melted. This place is terrible! We pulled into a stall, pressed the red button amd then proceeded to wait and wait and wait. We saw... others ordering and getting their food all around us. Cars coming and going, ordering and getting food. We flagged someone down,they said they would take our order and then never did. We pulled out of our stall and got in the drive thru lane only to findthe main reason for going to Sonic is to get The Shark Week slushy was no longer available. Read more
The cheese burgers were good for fast food. The foot long chili dog was not. It was if the hot dog was sitting around for... awhile. The chili was like paste again, it it were sitting and drying for a while. Onion rings were crispy and good. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled up to the drive-thru intercom and politely asked for a #3 with ketchup and mustard... only. I hear back ?okay so the #3 what side and drink?? So I tell them that and then get to the window and there is a lady therethat was not on the intercom. She verified my order and I said ?yes and that #3 was supposed to be just mustard and ketchup?.She proceeds to go back to the guy cooking and let him know the correct order. 5 minutes later he THROWS the bag at the windowfor her to hand to me. Going to sonic is one of my favorite childhood memories. I would always get a slushy and corn dogs. The Sonic we loved had a... playground and a volleyball court with sand and everything. I love sonic and will always have memories of the place. I will comeback again! Read more
On Google maps the closing time was 11:00PM but actually the store is closing at 7:00PM. Very often the store delivers wrong.... They have hard times to follow the order if you request to add remove some ingredient. Read more
