Disappointed today when ordering a drink that was on a list of drinks that qualify for a free reusable cup, and they said they... ran out this morning. It has been a long time since I?d visited a Starbucks. But today, I give them 10 stars for using paper straws!!!
Always seems to be out of half their menu. Take the extra few minutes and go to another Starbucks close by. They are more likely... to have popular items in stock and are quicker to restock. Staff is wonderful though. Read more
Stopped in while visiting from out of town. The staff was very friendly but the location was out of a lot of supplies and then... my coffee was made with the wrong milk which would have been a real problem if I hadn't caught it. I know supplies are an issuenationally so take the supply concern with a grain of salt. Read more
Super friendly staff and good service. The location can be difficult for the drive through, there?s not a lot of stacking room... for cars in the morning. The store is well stocked with retail coffee, mugs and cups, and food items. There is outdoor seatingwith umbrellas and ample seating inside. This store isn?t a gathering and mingle place like other local Starbucks I?vefrequented. It?s a good place to come get work done. Read more
I hope this is a location issue and not something Starbucks is doing company wide. I got a carmel macchiato a few weeks ago and... noticed when I opene the top, it wasn't full to the top. This week when I got the same drink, the exact same thing. Not onlythat, the cup on the right is supposed to be 16oz, when i got to work I poured it into a 12oz cup. I got my confirmation. I paidfor a 16oz but only got 12oz worth of coffee. Shame... Read more
