How convenient is it! To be able to order your favorite Starbucks drink and enjoy your grocery shopping at the same time.
The young man that was serving here introduced me to my first ever latte. I'm a plain, black, hot coffee kind of gal. That... evening was hot, and I had a three hour drive ahead of me that night. I told him I didn't know how to order but needed somethingcold and strong. He thought for a moment then asked me if I liked hazelnut. He read my mind. He handed me a drink from heaven.An iced hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso. BINGO. I was ready to drive NASCAR! The best coffee served by the best.All angels don't have wings. Was hoping to just grab a quick coffee but had to deal with a rather rude barista (Violetta according to her name tag). Coffee... was fine if not entirely what I had ordered, but the general treatment was unacceptable. Didn't help that I could repeatedly seethe aforementioned barista touch food with her bare hands, not something I want to deal with during these times. Unfortunate, asI have had plenty of great interactions with other baristas here but this woman made me leave rather upset and unsatisfied.Hoping for improvement in the future! Read more
Kind of amazing how consistently dysfunctional this Starbucks is. Seems there's always something I can't have or do, or they... screw up, or both. This time, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted, or my second choice, I couldn't use my star points, theyused the wrong kind of cream in my cold brew, and the sandwich they gave me looked like it had been run over by a car. This is continuously a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. It?s the closest Starbucks to my house so I go there just... about every morning after my workout. Well today was the last straw. Taylor was working by himself and had an order of 7 drinksso he says to me ?you should go to another location since I have 7 drinks to make?. This is the first time I felt like I wasinconveniencing someone for doing their job. I really don?t suggest wasting your time with this Starbucks. Go anywhere else! Read more
