I placed an order online. Wasn't ready on-time. Currently watching her make sandwiches for people that were behind me line. She... only took out my bread. Left it sit on the counter while she waits on other customers. Also, out of uniform. Completelyunprofessional. Go to another Subway location. You're wasting your time here. Read more

When I got there to order my food.No one was if the front she was in the back on her phone. When I got her Attention she was not... very help full. Have way throw making my sub she left to answer her phone. She talk to someone else then the customer. I had torepeat me self three time to her about my order. I asked for some salt packets and had to wait 10 minutes. All the guy/girl had to do was hand me some salt. I work in the... pharmacy so it took that much time off my lunch. The subway wasn?t even busy! Very slow service. Read more

My wife ordered three subway sandwiches for pick up at 6:45pm but she received the experience survey email at 5:31pm. The email... said the experience time was at 3:46pm. It was 3 hours earlier!!! She went to the restaurant at the pick up time and told themabout the email and the time. However, they said it was automatically emailed. She asked what time they made the sandwiches butthe lady said ?10 minutes ago!!!? And the guy(looks like a manager) also didn?t say anything. She just trusted what theysaid. She came back home and shared the sandwiches with my family. They were cold and all the veggie were soaked from thesource. We just throw away all three sandwiches!!! They just ruined our dinner!!! I finally looked the receipt. Our order wasserved at 3:46:40pm!!!! We are so mad at them. How they lied to their customer!!! I will never ever go back there again!!! I amterribly disappointed the restaurant!!!! BTW my house to this subway is 1.2 mile I attached the email what the owner said. Read more

Food poisoning here once. Should have realized when half the counter looked frozen. Also, make sure uoyou u watch them make... the sandwich, got all the way home and there was no meat on the sub theu made. I had to drive back. They cut the meat so thin,you dont really notice when they do have meat on it. Roast beef isn't supposed to he see thru. Read more
