Came to this location for the first time tonight with my family and overall it was a good experience. The transfer process to... our table was decent at best, the check-in process was just a bit inconvenient as we had to stand outside in the cold for awhile and my mom was frustrated that there were no reservations allowed. Besides the point, our server Darby was very friendlyand gave us great service. Even though our food took a bit longer than expected to come out, it was worth the wait! I orderedthe fried pickles (not pictured), the house salad and a side of mashed potatoes. All of my food was delicious, but the rollswith honey butter was my favorite part! I don't eat at Texas Roadhouse too often, but I'm glad I gave the food another chance! Read more
Finally a place where I can eat authentic American steak. … the restaurant was amazing. Service great and the customer... services excellent.. food came super fast and the waitress were very friendly and pending of us. .. We visited Saturday with two other couples. ASK FOR SHELBY! We had approx 30 minute wait, not bad considering it was packed. ... We were seated and our waitress appeared promptly. Took our drink orders and appetizer orders. They were delivered in anefficient manner. Appetizers, fried pickles and onion flower - both delicious. Our steaks were delivered and immediately thewaitress asked us to cut into them to ensure they were cooked to our likeness. Everyone was happy. Food was hot and delicious. Our waitress asked if we wanted anything else and then split the check 3 ways with no mistakes. She then proceeded to ask howher service was as it was only her 2nd day. We were amazed.
