Came to this location for the first time tonight with my family and overall it was a good experience. The transfer process to... our table was decent at best, the check-in process was just a bit inconvenient as we had to stand outside in the cold for awhile and my mom was frustrated that there were no reservations allowed. Besides the point, our server Darby was very friendlyand gave us great service. Even though our food took a bit longer than expected to come out, it was worth the wait! I orderedthe fried pickles (not pictured), the house salad and a side of mashed potatoes. All of my food was delicious, but the rollswith honey butter was my favorite part! Finally a place where I can eat authentic American steak. … the restaurant was amazing. Service great and the customer... services excellent.. food came super fast and the waitress were very friendly and pending of us. .. I recommend this place withmy 5 star and for sure u will feel the same wonderful experience than me. All Delicious!!! We visited Saturday with two other couples. ASK FOR SHELBY! We had approx 30 minute wait, not bad considering it was packed. ... We were seated and our waitress appeared promptly. Took our drink orders and appetizer orders. They were delivered in anefficient manner. Appetizers, fried pickles and onion flower - both delicious. Our steaks were delivered and immediately thewaitress asked us to cut into them to ensure they were cooked to our likeness. Everyone was happy. Food was hot and delicious. Our waitress asked if we wanted anything else and then split the check 3 ways with no mistakes. She then proceeded to ask howher service was as it was only her 2nd day. We were amazed. Steak was over cooked but tha salmon was good. We normally don’t use steak sauce but had to use some because it was so dry.... Definitely not worth the $23.00 we paid. Read more
This is a great place for meat lovers! Drinks and beer are good as well. I like the atmosphere of the place. Staff is very... friendly and service is fast. I’ve been here a few times by my self and with my family on slow, no so busy and on very busydays and the standards are the same. I love the ribs and steaks. The courtesy warm, fresh-baked buns with cinnamon butter is astaple. Texas Road House is a good place if you want to have a tasty meal or just a drink. On busy days beware to the fact thatyou may have to wait for 40 min to an hour for a table. I always sit at the bar in those days, first come first serve, though. Read more
If you've been to any TX Roadhouse, then it's what to be expected. Their staff including my server, was great. They were very... friendly and attentive. The wait times on a late Saturday afternoon, weren't too long. The wait was maybe 10 minutes. The foodwas decent. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad by any means. I'd definitely go there again.
