UNSANITARY!!!!!!! Smoothie had a bunch of chunks when I tried it so I let the person behind the counter know. She offered to... REBLEND IT! When I told her that I'd already had a sip she said "that's okay, it's fine, we do it all the time." I said butthat's kind of unsanitary and she rolled her eyes and asked if I wanted her to remake it. It wasn't until who seemed like themanager stepped in and told her that they can't ever take smoothies back once they've handed it to the customer that she saidokay and we made the smoothie. They don't wash the Smoothie containers in between smoothies, just rinse them with water(standard at all TS locations). So what happens when the manager isn't there? Will literally never be back. My review is for the beautiful young lady who is working the smoothie station, all BY HERSELF, as 3 co-workers "make... sandwiches". Shame on management and the owner for their lack of staff and supervision. And, sadly, the young woman is a womanof color and the coworkers are not. This could pose as discrimination. Read more

Every time we come the service is slow and something is missing from our order. Today, my husband went to pick up the order that... we placed 10-15 minutes before he arrived. I ordered a quesadilla, a smoothie and a bag of chips from the app. Only the smoothiewas ready, so he waited about 20 minutes thinking they were just busy. He asked for help. There was a girl working who looked11-12 years old and I?m not being rude, she seriously looked that old and it?s something that should be looked into. My husbandsaid we were still missing a quesadilla and a bag of chips. They said we don?t have an order for that. He asked her to check thecomputer and she didn?t she just said again that they don?t have anything for me except the smoothie. He showed her the receiptand then another employee came over and said they were sorry and went to make the food. The 11-12 year old gave my husband thequesadilla with no bag and also no bag of chips. He asked for the chips and they said sorry again and gave him the bag andchips. I keep trying to come back here in hopes that they will improve but it only seems to get worse. The worst run franchise I have have experienced. Employees wearing hats backwards and no one wanted to take my order!! One of... the employees yelled out Roach!! and laughed it off!! Visit at your own risk!! Update 06.10.22 -- called the corporate numberthe same day as incident and told them about my experience and requested call back! As of this date no call back received --tells a lot about how they care about their struggling business!! Read more

Order online, in store or through doordash - can't go wrong whether food or a smoothie. I love the add in options and portion is... huge. A great after sport event treat. Highly recommend and staff are extremely kind. Read more

Yeah, but no. One out of four young ladies who were working actually seemed like she cared about my order and what was... happening. When another young lady basically threw my food over the glass and said here you go I knew something was wrong. Ichecked the food and things were missing. I guess I intimidated them because I asked for the missing items because they allswitched up quick. Who pays for something, but walks right out KNOWING that you didn't get everything you paid for? The pictureattached is also a part of the missing items. Not sure if anything else was done to it but it was thrown together by a madteenager ???? Read more

I did not have any problems. The place was clean inside and outside. Placed an order for food they got everything correct.... However they were late getting the drinks out on time ordered 30 minutes in advance online. They did apologize for the wait butI really wasn?t in a hurry. Smoothies tasted like sweet smoothies and not water overall a very good experience. Read more
