Every time I have made a larger order with them, thru the app, or the website, they always miss an item or entire meal. I am... also told on the app/website that the food will be ready at a certain time, and it 0/10 is actually ready anywhere close tothat. The food is always 20-40 minutes late. If it takes longer to cook the food, that is totally understandable. Just would benice if it was communicated effectively on their platforms for ordering. I will say I love that when ordering thru anapp/website there is an option to select certain allergens that you have. This is huge and so relieving for so many people whostruggle with allergies. I have a gluten allergy and always mark it. but many times now they have put a piece of bread on mymeal, which is cross contamination unfortunately. I know it's busy and people make mistakes, but I am not even sure who to talkto because there is usually only one person at the register, and no staff members accessible. I hope things can change here,because this location is so close to my work and so convenient to order from for my bosses. Read more
Shocking. Ordered vegan salad which took half an hour to make . Order was to go. The salad had toast on it which is not supposed... to be there and looked like it had butter on it not being vegan as salad is advertised. Drove 15 minutes back to restaurant asnot only checking on bread being vegan but three leaves were very mouldy. When got to restaurant I asked one of the cooks whoyou can see cooking the bread on same grill next to beef using same tongs and they said bread has dairy butter on it. Then wentto the order taker who said bread has no butter but oil . So the cook doesn't seem to know what's on the bread or the ordertaker doesn't . Then the manager came over and argued the leaves were not mouldy which they were and argued the bread is veganeven though it's not supposed to be on the dish anyway. It took one hour in total from ordering to getting a refund which theywere vague about and said if I don't receive the refund next week call us. .. then I contacted customer service to tell themthat they are putting non vegan items on a vegan salad that are not even on the dish recipe and that even if the bread only hasoil which is debatable..it shouldn't be called vegan if cooking on same grill directly next to beef and using same tongs to flipit. But the customer support were basically saying I should have told the manager which I did ..and offered zero concern . Ithink between the rotten leaves and the fact the cooks don't seem to have any care or knowledge about what's in or on the food Iwill stay way clear of this place Read more
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this location !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both Fried chicken orders where soggy and cold. Our oven doesn't... work so we couldn't crisp them back up and had to eat them cold. They didn't taste the same as what we are accustomed to.Texturally it was like raw flower where it wasn't wet and soggy. My vegetables and mashed potatoes where way too salty! Theywhere cold as well. The stake was tasty but cold. No complaints about the cookies. Overall I'm disappointed. This restaurant isgoing down hill. The standards that once was is no more and you have to pay even more money to be disappointed. I just lit $90on fire. Just trash! I think I'm moving on from this restaurant sadly. I love tender greens! The location is weird and it looks closed since there is no light up sign, but mostly it is open. We... ordered and both my and my husband's chicken were incredibly dry (nearly inedible), but they went and made us new ones and werevery nice about it. The poster decorations are super cool and it's a really chill atmosphere. Different from other Tender GreensI have been to, but that is neither good nor bad. Read more
Though the food taste great always it's always VERY LATE. If you order for pickup lets say at 12:30pm, expect it to be ready at... 1pm realistically. We placed an order today via their site for pickup at 12:15pm and it said it would be ready around 12:50ishand it's 1:10pm and it's still not ready. Read more
