I don?t know if the staff wasn?t ready to come to work today this place hardly had any donuts available, it was pretty... depressing. Luckily, I was just dropping my for an iced coffee and lemonade before a long drive but I was pretty disappointedthat I didn?t have many snack options. The staff was friendly and polite but moved at slo-mo Matrix speeds. Note, they hadenough staff members to run the place efficiently but some members chose to be lazy or lacked a pep in their step. Severalcollege students and fellow Gen-Zers walked out. I wanted to leave too because we waited a good almost 20 mins but it was lateand didn?t want to drive around all over Hollywood for an iced coffee. The dude behind the counter made my friend a flavorless smoothie, then tried to charge me $2 over the price on the menu for a... pizza bagel (after tax). When I calmly said, "That math doesn't check out." He said that he was a franchise, so I had to paymore than the price on his menu board. I said that he could keep it then, he responded by cursing at me. We left. Read more

They are serving homeless customers without a mask on their face. I also was treated unfairly. The owner touch my donuts with... her gloves instead of using something to pick up my donuts with. The same gloves she touched the money with. I reported this tothe health department. Read more
Was looking for a donut to pair with some apple cider. This is one of the few places with cinnamon cake donuts. Not the cinnamon... sugar of my childhood, but I'll take what I can get in LA. Yay Winchell's! Read more
