This boutique restaurant deserves 5 Stars! The ambiance is stellar, the food is superb and the customer service is first class.... Perfect for a date night! Get dressed, have dinner and then take a stroll on Hollywood Blvd. Anytime I eat a steak that does notrequire A1 sauce, its got to be good (Cajun Ribeye)! Hats off to you Chef Ali! Very pleasant dining experience, the service was first class, the food was delicious. We enjoyed the wedge salad, maple pork... chops, truffle Mac, Cajun ribeye and mash potatoes. All very delicious, just wish the steak was the correct temp but besidesthat I will be back and highly recommend. Read more
Amazing! Made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday. It's a nice, small, fancy restaurant. Nice selection of wine and dishes... to choose from. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. The chef even came to greet us! My boyfriend had the soupof the day, lamb lollipops with mint jelly, and sauteed mushrooms and onions dish and a bottle of wine. He loved it! They alsohad vegan dishes to choose from: lasagna and falafel (appetizer). I had to preorder them a few days prior. They both weredelicious! Falafel was done very well and the lasagna was very fulfilling. The price depends on what you order. We spent about$200. For parking, you can either do street parking or in one of the parking lots nearby. It was a walk to get there but once wegot there, we were greeted and seated promptly. Reservations is strongly recommended on weekends, because it's not a huge placeas it only has a limited numbe of tables. We want to try their dinner and movie. Overall, definitely 5 stars! Personal experience was not well. The pictures are a little deceiving with the vibe as it’s much smaller than appears in... pictures. My girlfriends Fillet was great! But the sides were sub par. My pork lollipops were so so and served with Mint Jello.I get you’re supposed to serve mint with pork lollipops, but not the way this was served. The owner came over and was verynice until He asked how the meal was. I said a good experience but gave honest feedback on the meal. He was very defensive whichmade us feel a little uncomfortable. About LAST NIGHT….Great food and amazing company! It was truly a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Chef Ali... and his entire team made us feel like VIP guests. The moment Chef Ali welcomes you into his restaurant, you know you’re in forculinary treat. My sautéed green beans and truffle Mac and cheese was packed with flavor and the churrasco steak was grilled toperfection. I also enjoyed the red sangria. Chef Ali constantly checked on us to make sure our food and the experience was toour liking. I have been meaning to check out this place for a while and finally got around to it on Sunday when looking for someplace to eat... nearby. The inside is pretty small but that gives it a cozy, quiet ambiance with very attentive and personal service. There'salso a small outdoor seating area. The food was great and less expensive than what you'd pay at a chain steakhouse . The staffwere all very friendly and welcoming. One-of-a-kind restaurants like this are one of the reasons I love living in DowntownHollywood. Read more
Literally one of the best meals I've had in all of my 41 years. Chef Ali and his entire team made my husband and I feel like VIP... guests. This evening was an absolute disgrace. I called in an order for two to go. When I arrived, I placed a third order because the... dishes are so small. I ordered 2 salmons, 2 mac and cheeses, 2 Bruchetta’s, and donuts for two. When I arrived I made it 3.She told me to wait in my car. When she brought the check it was $130+ and I left a $10 tip since it was take out and not dinein. She brings out two bags and I leave. I get home and the food is in these cheap plastic containers that spill liquid from themac n cheese all over my floor. I take out the rest of the food only to realize that there’s an order of two of everythingexcept for the donuts. I ordered three of everything but instead received 9 donuts! I paid $70 for 9 donuts, and she told methey were supposed to be complimentary for the wait. I called the manager and he didn’t answer and I also sent him multipletexts. He never responded. Read more
