Came in on a Saturday morning around 8am with my family where we were greeted and sit by a tall dark skin young man who I... believe was the cook? two minutes later a young lady came and took our drink order and before we were ready to order was backwith the drinks? I was impressed because she was able to take 6 orders by memory and brought everything out very quickly and thefood was exactly how ordered and hot?and she did all of that while being I believe 7 months pregnant at the time? theatmosphere was great the place was clean, I would recommend this place to anyone.. The overall experience was fantastic. First, the wait to be seated was minimal. Second, the service was great because the server... kept checking on us. Third, the food reminded me why I love breakfast! Overall, I plan to go back and hopefully try an omelettenext time. Read more
Was visiting family and we decided to go to breakfast at this location and it was a wonderful experience due to the wonderful... waitress we had by the name of Jj Our waitress was very nice and professional at her job. I greatly appreciate the way she keptcoming back to check on us and made sure we had things we needed. Will definitely return to this Dennys. I came here on a Sunday morning after church and even though the restaurant looked... very busy I was greeted right away and brought to my table. my server was very nice and my food came out very quickly andeverything was hot and exactly how I ordered it. Nickayla was severely mistreated and verbally disrespected by a tall older african american staff cooking when she went to ask... about what seem to minor and didn't warrant such a rude tone as he gave her in front of waiting patrons like myself. She wasvisibly shaken up and upset about the lack of respect shown on the job. I was taken aback also its sad and unnecessary to saythe least. Respect is due to everyone especially in the workplace if not becomes a very toxic place to WANT to show up to#employeeRetention. Denny's was once one of my favorite restaurants, but a recent visit left me feeling unsatisfied. If I could sum up my bad... experience in one word it would be regretful. The first red flag was when my mother ordered coffee and it was lukewarm. The foodwas okay, but the portion was underserved, and the service was poor. The Supreme Sizzlin' Skillet I ordered was a complete wasteof money. The meal comes with two eggs, but clearly, that was not the case. The server whose name starts with D did not check inon us. I had to wave down another server to get refills. After I asked for the bill the server took a long time to return,forcing me to pay at the front desk. I'm sorry I ate here, and I won't be back. Waited an hour and this is what i get, with no sauce, still dont have our drinks.. 2nd update. Didnt get mango lemonade i... ordered and had to ask for ranch for the wings again at 1 hour 20min 3rd update. I will never step foot in this rude place ever again. I was waiting for service to be seated for 15 minutes so while I wait I... let myeyes wonder. I see food being thrown in the window people talking over cooked food no mask covering their mouth less than6 inches away from people's plates. Then I hear the cook say maybe you need to get better glasses so you can see better and thewaitress in turn says maybe you need a punch in the face. (So professional) at the same time the line by the door is growinglonger. So I called it quits and took my hard earned dollars to a local diner to eat.
