Horrible management at this specific store. Only one good staff and driver, the rest of the crew is not qualified. Twice they... accepted the order and never delivered, the staff wont cancel nor issue refunds. This is the 3rd time they actually accept theorder just to cancel 2 hrs later. Dominos corporate and branch support is a garbage AI and all request made ended with no refundfor undelivered orders. They no longer care about customers or quality but are happy to steal your money. Never ordering fromthis company again. Switching to papa johns, i will pay the extra for better service. Read more
Terrible experience. I ordered a pizza through the app at 10:07 pm and after 30 min I had to go to the location. There was a... man inside with the door locked doing nothing. The man does not answer the phone, does not answer when you knock on the doorand after taking a picture of him on the screen, he turned off the television. There were many people outside waiting for theirorders for more than 45 minutes. If they don't have staff to work, they won't open the place! and if you open the place withonly one person, at least check that the person is qualified and not a "bum" like this. Read more
I ordered a pizza that was never delivered. I called 5 times and could not get through. I finally got through by phone the next... day when they opened and Fernando ?the manager? says oh well, we didn?t have any drivers. Do you want another pizza or refund. Isaid I would like a refund. He rudely states my system can not process the refund, it?s out of my hands, call corporate andhangs up the phone! If the manager is like this imagine the rest of the staff?.it?s probably for the best that the pizza wasn?tdelivered. If I could give a negative 00000 I would!!! Read more
As mentioned in previous reviews when it comes to delivery times. Whatever route they give the drivers are horrible. I tracked... my driver head away 15 min in the opposite direction when my location is a 5 minute drive away. It's not his fault I believebetter delivery software has to be implemented. The food came warm but we were so hungry that it tasted great. I was shocked tosee that the sauce on wings are just thrown on top of the wings unlike other competitors where the sauce is baked in. Since PapaJohns isn't offering any specials. I will keep ordering from Dominos. Happy eating peoples! Read more
This has to be one of the worst place to get your pizza, Most of the people are right about the extreme delayed ! My son's... wanted to have dominoes pizza , after place online went to the restaurant to pick up our pizza it was never made, Most of themare kind D's sitting on the counter playing with their phone and flirting with other There was no greeting and when I asksomeone my pizza status no one knew , They told me there was no manager in charge ??? (Who will lock the door when it's closingtime ?) I've asked for my refund and they said they wasn't able to my order nevered came in. After showing them my phone myorder they said they will make it now... 20 minutes pass I was starting to heat up asking them where is the pizza ? I called and was on hold for 30 minutes till I got tired and hung up. I decided to go pick it up and got this?? It isn?t fully... cooked. And they used park bites for my chicken topping. Honestly horrible service and the food wasnt good either. Read more
It's my neighborhood dominos they are notorious for being late delivering orders but they offer great specials and when they do... mess up they give you free pizzas and stuff. I got this large 3 topping pizza with extras for 10$and change for pick up, if youcan forgive the occasional screwups they're great! Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER! EVER! I've NEVER experienced something like this! I called to place the order, I asked to apply a coupon,... they transferred me because they didn?t know how to apply the coupon. When I got transferred me the person who answered thephone told me I had to order online. I ordered online. After two hours I called the place, put me in hold forever and hanged upon me. Called again, put me in hold forever, hanged up again. After 30 min They called me saying they didn't have anyone fordelivery. AFTER 3 HOURS CALLED TO SAY THERE IS NO DELIVERY GUY!!!???
