This is the 2nd and last time that I will ever go to this business, upon entering the store I noticed the multitasking... immediately. The individual mopping the floor was also the prep and cashier without washing of hands. So after requestinglettuce that wasn't yellow, bread that wasn't laying around in the open while he was mopping, they proceeded to make me thewarmest/cold sandwich I have ever had with a smirk. After 2 bites I clearly understood my mistake. And it didn't get any better.So $20 later and a stomach ache I will hard pass on recommendations of this business. Read more
Ordered 4 tuna sandwiches but instead was sent 4 pieces of bread with nothing inside called store to fix issue they said we... don't have any more drivers it will take 2 hours to get my sandwiches redelivered. What is going on with this location? Read more
Ordered online. I get to the store and they have the doors locked. It's 8:30pm, it doesn't close until 9pm, they took my money,... they were inside not responding to me or my calls. Then started yelling at me. What the heck kind of business is this!?! How doyou take people's money and lock their food inside and yell at your own paying customers?!?!?!?!??!?! Never again. STOP, don't order from this location. I have been a repeat customer for years. Sometimes even multiple times a week. Past couple... of months they have been having delivery issues. Deliveries take over an hour that is IF they deliver your food. Tonight Iwaited for 1 hour and 15mins until I called to find out where my order was only to be told they don't have drivers. This is notthe first time they don't have drivers. But the worst part is I did not receive an app notification, phone call, or an email tonotify me that my order was cancelled. In additon, they had NOT refunded my order even though they canceled it, the manager hadto refund it manually while I was on the phone. This place is going down the tubes. The manager told me they will have drivers"every couple of days" . I wonder what corporate will think about that considering their marketing is all about getting yourfood to you fast. Getting to the location was easy. Parking was open. The young man that was the cashier was average. Not really friendly but not... to unpleasant. I've had a better experience at this particular location. It's those first impressions that are the lastingone's. Just some food for thought for this location. Read more
Quick Sunday Lunch with the hubby. We ordered and shared the Gigantic Turkey Tom...we had it divided and made to each of our... liking. The establishment was clean. Bread, meat and vegetables were fresh. The guy behind the register and the other femaleworker was so nice. Can't go wrong with Jimmy Jones!!!! Read more
I normally don?t do this but I?ve just been so impressed with the fast and friendly service I?ve received everyday for the past... two weeks that I?ve been coming into this location. The food is always so fresh and fast and you just feel at home because thestaff is so accommodating and that bread??? Omg!!! It?s so soft and delicious! They have a customer for life out of me!
