I understand that this is America and we all have rights but at least As Americans now learn to speak English or at least know... the job so you wouldn't have to communicate so long had an issue with the kiosk and had to explain her what my order was she didnot understand English when you apply for a job there I'm sure he asked you are you bilingual and you said yes lied on theapplication first rule of termination we got to do better we're down the street from a main attraction Hard Rock Casino andcan't go to McDonald's and speak English what's really coming to South Florida Read more

The last two times I've been to this location the service and food has been horrible. Last night (09/24) Stacy had an... unwarranted attitude and instead of waiting for servable fries, I received what I believe were re-fried french fries. There wasno flavor, extremely oily and no salt. I would recommend going to the McDonalds slightly further south, on Pines Blvd and 441. Read more
Horrible service!! We get there at 10:40PM only 2 cars ahead of us. 10 minutes later they are telling the car in front of us... they only have cheeseburgers then we get there and they tell us we only have a chicken sandwich because they close at 11pm themanager instructed there staff not to serve what is offered on the menu because it?s almost close time. I've given them several times to redeem themselves. This location is extremely slow, rude, and it would be fine if the food was... actually hot. The individuals that I encountered here do not know how to speak to people or take orders. Do not stop here if youwant your day to be ruined of you have some place to be. Read more
First of all very Great crew very fast and genuine with there work ethic and care. Coffee was the perfect way to start my day... and it was delicious for some reason to today my only concern with the entire establishment was there were no outlets,at leastworking ones. There were two in the entire dining area and both of them did not produce any type of charge. Other than me notbeing able to juice up my cell for my conference call soon everything was great and the service was warm and welcoming. Read more
Worst McDonald's I live 2 blocks away every time I come here they either don't have what I want or can only take cash or... something is wrong. Always have to go somewhere else. They should just close it down. Read more
