I?ve been going to the Offerdahl?s in Hollywood now for years, maybe once a month. I normally order online and pickup in store.... Little to no contact from anyone besides a hello and enjoy your day. Recently, the website ordering has changed a little. Youcan?t customize, add notes, or substitute a side anymore.(I like the old one better actually :) I ordered the Turkey sandwichwithout my normal customization and when I went to pick it up, the Assistant Store Manager, Ryan, knew my normal order andwaited to finish to see if that?s how I wanted it. Amazing customer service from Ryan who went above and beyond for thecustomer. Thank you Ryan! I wish we had a few more Ryan?s at the local restaurants. Food is so fresh. Ordered the Asian salad without an add on protein. Was amazing!

Very friendly service, food was good, parking is adequate and dining area was clean and comfortable with TV. I will go back!

Excellent food; seriously delicious and consistent. Have tried everything on the menu and eaten here for years. I am editing my... review back to a 5 star review because it?s clear that Lynn down below CARES and knows how to run a business and keep hercustomers happy. I would have ordered online had I known that was an option, but when the phones weren?t answered I had no clueif the store was even open! I truly appreciate the prompt reply and for taking my concerns seriously. If your staff knows toanswer and say ?we?re busy please order online!? I?ve seen the name around Broward County, and last week a client bought me a sandwich from there. Boy talk about being super... impressed! I told my wife about it, and she said there?s one right near our home in Hollywood, and I went there got the samesandwich the client bought me - the steak sandwich on a baguette - it was again seriously out of this world! I highly recommendthis place, and I look forward to trying other items on the menu which is difficult for me because when I find somethingdelicious it?s hard to try something else. There are three other sauces that go with other dishes, and I asked if I could try alittle of each, and the girl behind the counter so accommodating that I got such a good feeling about the place before I evenplaced my order. Each of them were seriously delicious, and I couldn?t decide which one I wanted with the sandwich. I also addedbrie cheese to the sandwich at no charge. If you haven?t tried them, do not hesitate! Been dying to try this place because of all the good things I have heard. Thank goodness I got a side of fruit and juice because... the breakfast itself (farmhand egg platter)was probably the worst I've ever had... couldn't even eat it. The eggs literallylooked like plastic and tasted like nothing. Turkey sausage was hard and dry and cheesy potatoes were cold and the serving sizewas small. The bagel was not toasted but I could tell it was fresh so that was good. Disappointed to say the least. Price pointwas a bit high which I'm okay with for a good meal but not for what I recieved. This eatery is freaking awesome. I love their breakfast bagel egg sandwiches and their out of this world Greek Salad. Every time... I eat here the food and the service is freaking awesome.
